Vitamin b12 is a key water soluble vitamin which gives us energy, helps to maintain the blood in our body, our nervous system, and may be even help to protect the heart. What is B12?

B12 is one of the water soluble vitamins, as opposed to the fat soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, D, E and K.
